MEN WHO COOK

Men Who Cook is our scholarship fundraising event where we feature local men as they cook great food, raise scholarship funds for deserving students, and share information about our program initiatives.

WALK IT OUT

Walk it Out is a fitness and health fair that is free to the community. It includes a 1.5 mile walk, classes in yoga, Zumba, tai chi, healthy cooking, WERQ! high intensity boot camp and a relaxing opportunity for chair massage and reflexology. Participants also receive information on diabetes, heart disease, and cancer awareness.
