Walk It Out

Walk it Out is a Fitness Fair that is free to the community. It includes a 1.5 mile walk, classes in yoga, Zumba, tai chi, healthy cooking, WERK high intensity boot camp and a relaxing opportunity for chair massage and reflexology. Participants also receive information on diabetes, heart disease, and cancer awareness.

 

This year we meet on July 29, 2017 (at 8:00am) in Warner Park. It was the 7th annual Walk it Out Fitness event. This program falls under our International Program on Health Initiatives.
